Tiffany is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over a decade of experience across both Australian and US markets, with deep expertise in M&A, governance and company secretarial work.

She advises on transactions ranging from $5 million to $500 million, working with a deliberately diverse client base - large corporates, SMEs, family groups, high net worth individuals and not-for-profits - bringing the same rigour and commercial sharpness to every matter, regardless of scale or sector. Tiffany's practice also extends to private client advisory, business and family succession planning, family office advisory, and philanthropic and not-for-profit structuring.
