Andrew brings a rare dual background in law and business consulting, combining nearly 20 years' legal practice with prior experience as a senior consultant in Accenture's Communications and Technology practice.

That combination shapes the way he practises. Andrew has advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, developing specialist expertise across the automotive, technology and data management, food and beverage, and agribusiness sectors.

Working with clients from major acquisitions through to complex IT transformation projects. He is as comfortable advising on strategic and operational matters as he is on the transaction itself, particularly where legal and business considerations are closely intertwined.
