Scott has been a managing partner and group leader of multiple specialist teams including as director of his own full-service firm, and National and International firms, including the world’s largest listed legal business.  

As a leader of legal teams across property, planning and construction, Scott has broad industry experience within the planning practice area, including residential, industrial, retail, energy, education and transport with a particular focus of acting for builders and developers. Scott has acted in many of Australia’s largest development projects including shopping centres, office towers, cinemas, resorts, restaurants, power stations, transport and logistics, infrastructure, sporting and entertainment complexes, subdivisions, student housing, higher density housing and industrial premises.
