Randima is a corporate lawyer with experience across leading commercial practices in Queensland and Victoria, advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and unitholder agreements, joint ventures, restructures and buyouts, and complex commercial agreements. 

She brings a commercially grounded and solutions focused approach to her work, and also advises on franchising, corporate structuring and general commercial matters — drawing on a strong background in commercial and property law, including business acquisitions and sales, leasing and commercial transactions.

Randima has acted for clients on multimillion‑dollar share sales and business acquisitions, franchise restructures and terminations, and master services agreements supporting technology roll‑outs, including a secondment as Legal Counsel at Delaware North. Known for her attention to detail, clear communication and steady handling of high-volume matters, she consistently delivers accurate, timely and commercially effective outcomes.
