- leasing arrangements in New South Wales NSW, Tasmania and Victoria as well as inter-company lease and licensing arrangements for an auction company; and
- acquisitions of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions in New South Wales, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Queensland (with a focus on Queensland and New South Wales) with a value of between $500,000 to $97,000,000.
