Recent transactions of note include:
- acting as lead consultant through the concept, design and planning approval stages of Casuarina Beach which now holds a population of approximately 7000 people;
- providing advice on infrastructure provision, charging and developer contributions and the negotiation of same;
- acting for private land owners in negotiating compensation settlements for land resumption by a government agency; and
- successfully acting in large scale approvals through complicated political, legislative and court processes including court appeals in both NSW and QLD.
