Nadia brings a considered and commercially focused approach to the practice, shaped by more than half a decade of New Zealand property law experience.
Throughout her career she has advised private, commercial and institutional clients across New Zealand on a broad range of property matters, from first-home purchases to complex, high-value commercial deals, including a landmark Bay of Plenty commercial sale exceeding $20 million and a $15 million Queenstown/Wānaka residential transaction.
Nadia has also supported major financial institutions on discrete mandates within compressed timeframes, developing a reputation for reliability under pressure. She is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to take ownership of a matter, maintaining momentum through to completion. These qualities make her a trusted point of contact for clients managing time-sensitive transactions.
Nadia identifies issues early and providing clients with clear, practical advice that keeps deals on track. Having recently relocated to Australia, she brings a fresh, client-first perspective built on a strong foundation in New Zealand property law and is applying that same rigour and care to clients in Queensland.
