- representing a developer in a 1600 lot subdivision including advising on initial and changing joint venture structures and participation in the project control group;
- preparing titling material and overseeing master conveyancing on mixed use developments;
- representing a QLD body corporate in major encroachment and redevelopment dispute;
- representing a NSW owners corporation in a major strata management statement dispute and seven figure debt recovery dispute;
- represented WorkPac in their Australia wide leasing portfolio;
- represented Mulpha in the retail shop leasing for Sanctuary Cove;
- represented managed funds in the divestment of all major assets;
- represented developers to acquire existing schemes for redevelopment including under the new termination rules for bodies corporate passed in 2023; and
- representing builders and developers in site acquisitions and development matters.
