  • Acted for a purchaser in respect of the acquisition of a farm in NT valued at over $20 million.
  • Acted for numerous sub-landlords at Alpine Resorts across NSW and Victoria by providing leasing advice and transactional documents. 
  • Acted for a developer in respect of a complex development in which the landowner was in receivership.   
  • Acted for a purchaser conducting due diligence on the acquisition of a shopping centre valued at $150 million.
  • Acted for the purchaser of a vineyard (land and business).
  • Acted for the vendor of a cornerstone property in Melbourne CBD valued at $60 million. 
  • Acted for a developer in the acquisition and complex subdivision of coastal Victorian land valued at $20 million.
  • Acted for vendors in the sale of a $20 million commercial property and a $12 million industrial site in Victoria.
  • Negotiated and drafted a deed of easement and covenants for a charitable organisation.
  • Advised clients on property transfers from custodians to trustees and related in specie duty exemptions.
