Graeme is a commercial disputes lawyer with a particular focus on insolvency and restructuring. He advises insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors and other stakeholders across receiverships, voluntary administrations, liquidations and small business restructuring, and regularly acts in insolvency-related litigation, recovery actions and business reconstruction matters. He also assists trustees in the administration of bankrupt estates.
With more than 30 years' experience, Graeme is known for identifying the key issues in a matter quickly and providing clear, pragmatic advice. He works closely with clients to navigate complex legal and commercial challenges and achieve their objectives efficiently.
He has a particular interest in the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and is a regular presenter on the topic to professional groups and educators.
