Charles Schofield is a leading corporate and commercial lawyer who specialises in transactions and commercial arrangements in the mining, resources and renewables sector. He has a vast range of experience in helping clients with structuring, financing and implementing major projects in the sector.

Charles has practiced in top tier firms in Australia and was a partner for more than 10 years in major UK international law firms.  He has acted on domestic matters as well as cross border transactions on in-bound and out-bound foreign investment. Most recently Charles was an in-house lawyer with an international mining company.
