Ben practises in Wills & Estates law, with a focus on estate planning, estate litigation and estate administration.

He also advises on charitable trusts, superannuation (including SMSFs), business succession agreements, powers of attorney disputes, and guardianship matters before tribunals. Ben has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border estate planning, acting for high-net-worth clients with complex domestic and international requirements.

His career spans private practice as well as in-house roles with a Big Four bank, a Big Four accounting firm and a leading Australian trustee company - experience that gives him a broad, practical understanding of the issues clients face and informs the advice he gives.

Ben works closely with clients to develop strategic advice that reflects their individual values and circumstances, and is known for his ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language.
