Leanne O'Neill named finalist - QLS Excellence in Law Awards 2026

AJ & Co Lawyers is proud to announce that Partner Leanne O'Neill has been named a finalist for Queensland Solicitor of the Year – Large Firm in the 2026 Queensland Law Society (QLS) Excellence in Law Awards.

The QLS Excellence in Law Awards recognise outstanding achievement and leadership across the Queensland legal profession, with finalists selected for the calibre of their expertise and their contribution to the industry.

Leanne is widely regarded as one of Queensland's leading practitioners in her field - a reputation built over years spent helping develop and implement the very land use regulatory frameworks she now advises on, and delivering major projects and a proven litigation record across the Land Court, Planning and Environment Court, National Native Title Tribunal and Federal Court. Today, she continues to guide clients through complex, high-stakes matters across major projects and planning and environment matters, renewables, mining and resources, native title and land use.
