Rachel brings more than 25 years of distinguished experience delivering high-level C-suite executive support across some of Queensland's most respected organisations - including the Royal Automotive Club of Queensland (RACQ), Healthy Land & Water, John Wiley & Sons Australia, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Throughout her career, Rachel has earned a reputation for exceptional discretion, strategic acumen, and the ability to drive seamless executive operations at the highest levels - from complex Board and Committee secretariat functions to high-level stakeholder engagement and organisational leadership.

Rachel is also a highly regarded leader within the broader administrative profession. As Queensland Vice President of the Australian Institute of Office Professionals and co-founder of EA Influencers Brisbane, she has dedicated herself to building platforms that mentor, connect, and elevate senior administration professionals across Queensland.
