AJ & Co Lawyers Welcomes Senior Litigator Caitlyn Hoey to the Disputes & Insolvency Team

AJ & Co Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Caitlyn Hoey as a Senior Associate within our expanding Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Caitlyn brings significant experience across complex commercial litigation, insolvency, regulatory matters and equity disputes, acting for liquidators, trustees, private companies, government agencies and individuals. She is recognised for her technical precision, commercial judgement and composed advocacy across multiple jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, Federal Court and County Court.

Caitlyn’s background includes running high‑value insolvency claims, managing director and shareholder disputes, conducting ASIC examinations, and representing clients in urgent injunctions, enforcement proceedings and complex trust litigation. She is also deeply committed to the profession, currently serving as President of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria (WIRV).
