AJ & Co Lawyers announces the appointment of Jeremy Ashley as Special Counsel within the firm's Property practice.

Jeremy brings extensive experience advising on a broad range of commercial, industrial and retail property matters, with a practice spanning leasing, due diligence, conveyancing, property development and subdivisions. His work covers the full transaction lifecycle, from initial due diligence and contract negotiation through to settlement and beyond.

Known for his commercial acumen and results-driven approach, Jeremy has acted on significant property transactions across a diverse range of asset classes and client types. His recent experience includes acting for a purchaser on the acquisition of a shopping centre valued at $150 million, advising developers on coastal subdivisions and off-the-plan industrial projects, acting for vendors in the sale of major commercial and industrial assets, and advising clients on complex leasing, SMSF-related property transfers, adverse possession claims and covenant removal.

In addition to transactional work, Jeremy advises clients on a wide range of property-related matters, including duty exemptions for charitable organisations and educational facilities, in specie transfers, easements and covenants, and owners corporation disputes.

Jeremy's client base is broad and includes major financial institutions, government authorities, charitable organisations, ASX listed companies and high net worth individuals.
