He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and strategic transactions, working side‑by‑side with founders and shareholders across the full life of their businesses. Peter has acted as lead adviser on mid-market transactions totalling over $3 billion in value, involving Australian and international strategic buyers, listed companies and private equity investors.

Peter’s practice spans technology and SaaS, digital and professional services, defence and government, healthcare, and industrial and manufacturing sectors. He is often introduced by referral for significant or high‑stakes transactions and is valued not only for his technical strength, but for his calm judgement and ability to make complex decisions feel manageable.
