AJ & Co Lawyers Appoints Myles Harry as Partner, Real Estate & Commercial - Melbourne

AJ & Co Lawyers has announced the appointment of Myles Harry as Partner within the firm’s Real Estate & Commercial practice, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s national expansion.

Myles brings extensive Australian and international experience advising on complex property and commercial transactions, with a practice focused on large-scale commercial, industrial and retail property matters. His work spans leasing, legal due diligence, acquisitions and divestments, and strategic contractual and transactional advice.

Known for his highly commercial approach and strong deal-making capability, Myles advises across a broad range of significant property assets and developments. His experience includes acting on the acquisition of major Australian industrial logistics portfolios, shopping centres, aged care facilities, off-the-plan developments in Docklands, interests in the Myer Bourke Street Mall, and the disposition of major metropolitan assets including private hospitals, CBD buildings, car dealerships and the Richmond Malt (Nylex sign) site.

In addition to transactional work, Myles regularly advises on trust structures and a wide range of property-related agreements, including shareholder, development, joint venture, distributorship, franchise, option and confidentiality agreements. He also provides strategic advice on GST, capital gains tax, planning, land tax and stamp duty as they relate to property transactions.
