He specialises in business and share sales, corporate restructures, shareholders agreements, IT and technology contracts, and a broad range of commercial documentation. With more than 11 years of experience, Matthew has acted on matters ranging from first-time business acquisitions to a $50 million-plus government supply contract.

Matthew's practice spans information technology, telecommunications, finance, medical and professional services, franchising, and distribution.
