AJ & Co Lawyers has announced the promotion of Charles Schofield to Partner, recognising his outstanding contribution to the firm and continued impact on clients.

Charles joined AJ & Co in 2025 within the firm’s Land Use & Management practice, with a focus on mining, resources and renewable energy projects. He has since played a key role in advising on complex, high-value matters across major developments and projects, working closely with clients on commercially driven outcomes. Known for his strong commercial judgement and technical precision, Charles has quickly established himself as a trusted advisor in the market.

As a Partner, Charles will sit within our Land Use & Management practice, specialising in major projects, reflecting the increasingly integrated and project-led nature of our work across sectors.
