The Acquired Portfolio

The acquisition includes a range of iconic guided walking and premium accommodation products, notably:

  • Arkaba Walk and Homestead in South Australia’s Flinders Ranges (includes a Luxury Lodge of Australia and a Great Walk of Australia).
  • The Maria Island Walk in Tasmania (a Great Walk of Australia).
  • Bamurru Plains in the Northern Territory (a Luxury Lodge of Australia).

The transaction was led by Corporate Advisory Partner Jonathan Whybird and his team. This deal marks the latest in a series of successful acquisitions for Intrepid where AJ & Co Lawyers has acted as legal advisor, including the prior acquisitions of Daintree Ecolodge and Edge of the Bay.
